We are looking for a virtual assistant with marketing experience to help us with social media and website related tasks including:
* Writing and scheduling social media posts for clients
* Adding and updating blog posts and pages in Wordpress
* Making minor changes to images using Photoshop
* Following up with clients and vendors
* On-boarding new clients (setting up social media accounts, getting login info, etc.)
* Helping to create systems for regular tasks
* General administrative duties
The following skills are a MUST:
* Great communication skills (writing, Skype and phone)
* Very fluid in English
* Attention to detail and very good at following instructions
* Takes initiative and is a problem solver
* Quick Learner
This position can either be a part time or a full time position, depending on how much value you bring.
