At OWSI Flooring and Design, based in Utah, USA, we specialize in high-end residential and commercial interior finishes — including flooring (tile, hardwood, carpet, luxury vinyl), tub and shower surrounds, countertops, sinks, lighting, and more.

We’re searching for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Project Estimator VA who can take on this challenge with energy and precision. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST/MDT
Duration: Full-time, approximately 40+ hours per week
Starting Rate: Php 35,000–44,000/month (based on $4–5/hour, varies slightly with USD exchange rate). Raises will be given based on performance and productivity.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will estimate and quote a wide range of interior finish materials such as flooring, tub and shower surrounds, countertops, sinks, and lighting. Your primary tools will be MeasureSquare for takeoffs and Fishbowl for building bids.

You will determine material quantities based on architectural plans, input project data into our systems, update pricing sheets, assist with design board assembly, and reach out to vendors or clients for details about products, shipments, or delivery dates. You will also help monitor and process online orders.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and the willingness to learn new tools and systems. You should be comfortable with construction documents and estimation workflows.

We strongly prefer candidates with experience in interior design, engineering, architecture, or construction estimating. You must be fluent in both written and spoken English, tech-savvy, and detail-driven.

You must understand or be ready to learn about construction processes, including estimation, bidding, sales orders, and purchase orders. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, OneNote, Outlook, and OneDrive is required. The ability to read and understand architectural plans is essential. You must have your own PC or laptop with a second monitor and be willing to use Hubstaff for time tracking.

Experience with MeasureSquare or Fishbowl is a plus but not required — we will train the right person.
