Job Title: Social Media Manager and Content Creator (Part-Time, Remote - Philippines)

Hours: Approximately 10-20 hours per week

Compensation: $220 - $440 USD per month, based on experience

Position Summary:
Renewed Comfort Cleaning is seeking a talented and highly motivated Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and possess a strong understanding of various social media platforms and content creation best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).

Create engaging and high-quality content, including but not limited to:

Graphics and images

Short-form videos (Reels, TikToks)

Written posts and captions

Stories and polls

Schedule and publish content regularly, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.

Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities for interaction.

Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the Renewed Comfort Cleaning team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator, preferably for a service-based business.

Demonstrable experience creating compelling and effective content for various social media platforms.

Proficiency with social media management tools and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Highly creative with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

Must have a fast and reliable internet connection.

Based in the the Philippines.
