Needed Video Editor (Part-Time, Remote) – $350/mo Starting | Potential to Go Full-Time ($700/mo)

We’re looking for a reliable, creative Video Editor to help us produce high-converting short-form video ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. If you're organized, take feedback well, and can deliver consistently — we’d love to hear from you.

???? What You’ll Do:
Edit direct-response style video ads (mostly 2-minute formats)

Deliver 5 videos per week (Monday to Saturday), ~1 per day

Incorporate b-roll, captions, transitions, music, hooks, etc.

Work closely with our creative team for feedback and direction

???? Payment Structure:
Training Period (Part-Time):

Start with 3 to 5 videos/week depending on your pace

Paid at $10 per edited minute

Example: 5 videos × 2 mins = $100/week (~$350/month during training)

Once You’re Ready (Full-Time Option):

Step up to 6–7 videos/week

Fixed monthly rate: $700/month

???? Schedule & Flexibility:
Flexible hours (just meet the deadlines)

Work between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM CET

Ease-in phase: 4 videos/week during first couple weeks

Fully remote, async-friendly environment

? Requirements:
Proven experience editing short-form content or ads

Strong sense of pacing, audio, transitions, captions

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Consistent, reliable, and communicative

Bonus: Experience with TikTok/Reels/direct-response style videos
