Operations & Customer Care Assistant
Full-Time, working UK hours (9am–5pm UK time)

We are looking for someone with:
- 3–5+ years experience in admin, ops or customer care
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Familiarity with remote tools (Slack, Trello, Pipedrive etc.)
- Experience supporting UK companies


We’re looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Customer Care Assistant to support the smooth running of our two companies in the veterinary/digital health space - Precise VetPro and Ronda.

You’ll play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and even more importantly, ensuring our clients and clinicians feel well-supported at every step.

???? What you’ll be doing:
· Handling day-to-day operations and logistics across both businesses
· Managing admin tasks, documentation, and scheduling
· Providing timely and thoughtful client care support to clinics and vets by email and phone
· Assisting with marketing campaigns and managing the CRM system
· Assisting with onboarding, planning and internal coordination

???? What we’re looking for:
· Veterinary industry experience within the UK
· Strong experience in admin, operations, management or customer care
· Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
· Tech-savvy, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently, with a strong sense of initiative
· A natural team player and problem solver, with a ‘can do’ attitude
