Great modern web designer needed for a new web platform

I am looking for a great web designer to work along with me to wireframe and design (mock-up) of a new web platform. The platform is financial in nature.

You need to have:
- A good eye for design (I'll point you to the right direction)
- Wireframe skill,
- Photoshop / Illustrator
-3 year+ experience in design with portfolio to show
- Know how to use online portals such as Invision or Mockplus an advantage
- Skype and good internet connection so that we can share screen remotely to work together
- financial / banking experience is a strong advantage

If you know custom WordPress development, PHP, javascript (Angular JS) then you can work on the development as well after.
