Operations VA – HostAway & OTA Pricing Specialist

At JKW Vacation Club, we manage luxury vacation rentals across Mexico, California, and more. We’re growing fast — and we need an operations expert who understands short-term rental management on a deep level.

If you’re a HostAway expert with experience managing listings across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other OTAs — we want to work with you.

What You’ll Do
• Manage all OTA listings via HostAway (Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, etc.)
• Ensure all listings are 100% optimized with correct pricing, descriptions, tags, and policies
• Monitor competitors daily — adjust our pricing and calendar strategy accordingly
• Use dynamic pricing tools and market trends to increase bookings & revenue
• Troubleshoot syncing issues between platforms and calendars
• Coordinate with our VA team to push new listings live and update existing ones
• Run weekly reporting on performance, availability gaps, and booking trends
• Track reviews, guest messages, and listing health metrics

Must-Have Experience
• Expert-level knowledge of HostAway PMS
• Hands-on OTA listing management (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.)
• Experience with pricing optimization and calendar management
• Strong attention to detail, daily updates, and revenue-focused thinking
• Bonus: Familiarity with PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, Wheelhouse, or similar tools
• Bonus: Knowledge of short-term rental compliance, tags, and local restrictions

Pay & Hours
• $3/hour
• 30–40 hours/week
• Weekly pay | Long-term opportunity with bonuses based on performance (booking growth)
