SAP PM mMaster Data Specialist

Effective Work Solutions (EWS) is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data Specialist to support our growing portfolio of industrial clients. This is a part-time, casual, and fully remote opportunity offering flexibility and meaningful, detail-oriented work.

About the Role

You will be responsible for performing updates and maintaining high-quality master data in SAP PM. Your work will directly support maintenance planning and execution activities across a range of projects and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Update and maintain Task Lists, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Maintenance Plans, and Maintenance Items

Create and maintain Functional Locations and associated hierarchies

Review and update PRT (Production Resources and Tools) documentation

Revise and format Work Instructions and associated documents

Ensure all updates meet site standards and align with client maintenance strategies

Collaborate with planners and engineers as required to clarify data requirements


About You

Proven experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) master data

Strong understanding of equipment hierarchy, task list structures, and PM planning processes

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively

Good communication skills and comfortable working remotely
