As we expand, we are looking for a reliable and organized individual to help support day-to-day operations and client interactions.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support the business owner directly. This role involves more than just answering phone calls—you will be managing client communications, scheduling appointments, following up on requests, organizing messages and emails, and serving as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication between the business and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
* Schedule and manage client appointments via our booking system
* Follow up with clients by phone, email, or text as needed
* Monitor and manage business email inbox and respond or forward important communications
* Identify and mark spam calls or messages
* Communicate important messages, updates, or requests to the business owner in a timely manner
* Assist with light admin tasks such as data entry, appointment reminders, and recordkeeping
* Occasionally assist with tasks beyond communication, such as social media DMs, vendor coordination, or organizing files

Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organized and responsive
* Tech-friendly; comfortable with call forwarding apps, scheduling software, and email management
* Strong attention to detail
* Friendly and professional phone etiquette
* Able to work independently and manage time effectively
* Experience in customer service, salon/barbershop, or personal assistant roles preferred but not required

Bonus if you have:

* Familiarity with barbering or salon environments
* Bilingual (Spanish or other languages)
* Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Square, or similar
