We’re looking for VAs who are experienced, creative, and eager to work with authors to help them grow their online presence. If you know how to create meaningful engagement and build communities around a personal brand, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Assist authors in managing and growing their social media platforms
- Plan and schedule posts that resonate with each author's audience
- Engage with followers to build loyal and active communities
- Track insights and performance data, and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement
- Stay updated on trends and apply them strategically across platforms

Ideal Candidates:

- Have hands-on experience managing TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook pages
- Understand how to connect with niche audiences and tell compelling stories
- Are comfortable with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms
- Communicate clearly, follow brand guidelines, and stay organized
- Are proactive, adaptable, and responsive

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience working with authors, content creators, or personal brands
- Background in copywriting or short-form video editing
- Familiarity with trends in the publishing or book marketing space
