Instagram Lead Generation VA (Music Industry Focus)

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help source qualified music artists and producers who meet specific criteria, then send templated DMs via Instagram on our behalf. Your role is critical in driving top-of-funnel leads for our music catalog acquisition team.

Responsibilities:
• Research and identify qualified leads (based on criteria we’ll provide)
• Find and verify accurate Instagram profiles
• Send pre-written DM templates to prospects from our IG account(s)
• Track responses and update our lead database daily

Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail and strong research skills
• Comfortable using Instagram (desktop and mobile)
• Must be fluent in English with clear, professional communication
• Experience with Notion or Google Sheets is a plus
