Goals and Responsibilities
Understand & leverage Shopify and become an expert in site functionality
Help with new site deployments.
Coordinate and execute actionable eComm marketing plans
Track and manage paid media efforts
Troubleshoot IT issues
Analyze website data & make merchandising & promotional recommendations
Supports and executes quality assurance on our sites. Reviews, edits and proofreads all content, site updates and discounts. Performs site updates; includes editing product pages, content pages, promotional landing pages, brand support materials, value added content, etc.
Strategize and increase sales on ecom channels
Help manage Amazon
Strategize and execute social media presence and following
Help build large instagram followings
Help plan social post calendars
Help build and launch email campaigns
Create Social media / advertising / merchandising assets using Photoshop
Set and meet Month over month, QoQ and YoY growth goals
Personal Assistant to the Director of eCommerce, managing email, conducting internet research, helping wherever and whenever is needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Entrepreneurial mindset and passion. Highly curious. Fast learner. Willingness to try to figure things out independently.
Native fluency in written and spoken English.
Deep understanding & familiarity with Shopify. Familiarity with Wordpress.
Success managing an eCom biz w/ and understanding internet technology.
Experience with SEO, SEM, affiliate, Google Analytics, remarketing, product/inventory XML datafeed, social media and email marketing.
Experience managing an Amazon store.
Experience in website analytics with proven ability to use the metrics to drive business decisions.
Experience working with multiple outside agencies.
Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong process and procedures understanding.
Ability to meet deadlines and communicate risks, resource needs & priorities.
Ability to coordinate and develop web content and add to website.
Strong interpersonal communications skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) & Google Docs & Sheets.
Technical competence with HTML, CSS, layout, editing, proofing and graphic design including but not limited to Photoshop.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Min 40hour/week commitment. Time/task documentation.
Native level fluency in written and spoken English.
A Mac Computer. Microsoft Office. Photoshop. Quiet space. FAST internet.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years or more eComm professional experience & with Shopify
Proficiency in Photoshop
