Football News & Talk Video Editor (Premier Pro+After Effects)

We’re repurposing an existing youtube channel with over 100.000 subscribers as a fast moving football news & talk channel.

This is the level of quality Im expecting:

Your mission: turn a talking head monologue into slick, 8 to 12 minute YouTube episodes—complete with match footage(know how to avoid copyright issues), stats overlays, pitch movement graphics, and motion graphics use—then slice each show into scroll stopping Shorts for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:
Long-form edits – 3 videos/week (8 to 12 min): jump cuts, dynamic subtitles, and the perfect B-roll that matches every player, coach, or club mentioned.

Motion graphics – build pitch maps, player heat-maps, transfer-fee animations, timeline wipes & more.

Short-form repurposing – craft 3-4 vertical clips per episode with captions & punchy hooks.

Must-Have Skills & Tools
Football IQ & B-Roll Savvy

Above average knowledge of men’s football: top leagues, players, coaches, awareness of current storylines.

Knows where to pull legal, license-safe B-roll quickly (club YT channels, pressers, match highlights, alternatives).

Can spot which kit, badge, or manager reaction fits each talking point without being told.



Technical

Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (or equivalent DaVinci/Fusion skills).

Proven ability to create sports motion graphics (player movements, stat charts, timeline effects).

English comprehension, clear written updates, and openness to feedback.

Stable 50-Mbps internet & a workstation that can render up to 4k.



Nice-to-Have Extras:

Photoshop/Illustrator for thumbnails.

Descript or CapCut for rapid Shorts workflows.

Familiarity with data sources like FBref, Opta, StatsBomb, or Wyscout.


Work Setup & Compensation
Hours: 40-h/week, with at least 3–4h overlap with UTC-+4 (Dubai).

Salary: USD ---------- per month, depending on portfolio and test-project performance.
