Graphic Designer + Video Editor for Paid Ads

We are looking for social media ads creative/ graphic designer STAR! :) We are a Sydney, Australia based digital marketing agency and would like a creative strategist to join the team.

This is a PART ---------- -based position, where you will join our high-performing and fun team here at Matriarch Digital! :) There will also be opportunity in the near future for this to be a full-time position if wanted.

You must be a fluent/ native English speaker.

Some tasks include:
- Research high performing social media ad creatives that are trending that can be tested for our clients
- Brainstorm creative ad ideas and bring them to proposal for clients
- Use Canva, Figma, etc. to create high quality, stunning social media ad creatives for brands all over the world.
- Create high performing, high converting static image ad creatives
- Edit high performing, high converting video ad creatives (mostly short-form videos)
- Be innovative, strategic and creative when creating social media ads for clients
- Monitor and review the performance of the social media ads you create to understand how to better improve client’s ads performance.

Preferred: if you have agency experience.
