Instagram DM Setter Wanted (Fitness Coaching Niche)
Part-Time | Remote |(Commission based on calls and sales made with a monthly fixed rate)

I’m looking for an experienced Instagram DM setter to take full ownership of conversations and help drive business growth through booking in qualified calls for my online fitness coaching program.

This isn’t just a message-sending job, I want someone who’s proactive, takes initiative, and genuinely wants to help grow the business.

Requirements:

Proven experience booking calls for fitness or health coaches

Confident handling objections, nurturing leads, and qualifying prospects

Understands the coaching space (ideally women's fat loss / lifestyle / mindset)

Can follow a script but knows when to pivot and personalise responses - we do not want to be sounding like AI

Comfortable starting conversations, re-engaging cold leads, and keeping the pipeline full

Fluent in English with strong written communication

Can track and report KPIs weekly (e.g., convos started, calls booked, show-up rate)

Can work in a team with another VA

What I’m Looking For:

Someone who thinks like a growth partner, not just a VA

You’ll use initiative to test angles, and look for new ways to increase booked calls

You’re reliable, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced online business

Bonus if you have:

Screenshots or data from previous DM campaigns (e.g. “Booked 20 calls in 10 days with 70% show-up rate”)

Experience using HighLevel, ManyChat, or Trello to manage leads

Familiarity with warm lead strategies via content, stories, polls, etc.
