Support weekly Wine & Comedy Mondays by reposting content, amplifying performer reach, and increasing visibility through social media engagement.

???? Key Responsibilities
???? Content Reposting & Engagement
Monitor Instagram and Facebook for performer tags, mentions, and event-related content.


Repost relevant Stories, Reels, and feed posts with appropriate captions and event hashtags.


Re-share any Facebook posts made in the event’s Discussion tab (when privacy allows).


Use screenshots when content isn’t shareable directly due to privacy settings.


???? Collaboration with Show Producer
Communicate with Karen (show producer) weekly to receive the list of scheduled comedians.


Identify and track each performer’s social handles and online presence.


Watch for performer promo posts and ensure timely reposting ---------- channels.


???? Content Curation & Organization
Coordinate with in-house café staff to obtain 1–2 photos or clips from each Monday event.


Organize media by date in shared folders for future posts and promotional use.


Maintain and update Instagram Highlight Reels (e.g., “Comedy Nights”).


? Social Content Checklist Management
Follow and update the weekly social checklist (provided).


Log each performer’s tag/repost status in a Google Sheet.


Identify new reposting opportunities via event hashtags and local user posts.


???? Optional Performer Communication
Reach out to performers who forgot to tag the café and request a tag or content reshare (with pre-written messages).


Thank comics publicly after the event with shoutouts and photo mentions.

Remote/Offshore (must be available Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays U.S. time)


3–5 hours/week depending on volume of performer content and event engagement
