Virtual Assistant for Clothing Resale Listings (Photos, Copy/Paste, Platform Uploads)

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-focused virtual assistant to help with listing second-hand clothing and accessories across resale platforms like eBay, Depop, Vinted, Grailed, and Vestiaire. You’ll work directly with me, using images and descriptions I provide (via ChatGPT), and follow a simple, clear workflow to list each item properly.
???? Responsibilities
Sort and choose best image from photo folders in Google Drive

Upload item photos to ChatGPT for enhancement

Download final zip file of edited images

Copy and paste item details, pricing, and descriptions into listings

List each item on multiple platforms (training provided)

Track listing status, price, and links in a shared Airtable

Follow specific hashtag, formatting, and tone guidelines for each platform
???? Pay Structure
You can choose one of the following:
Option A: £5/hour
Option B: Paid per item listed:

£1.50 per item fully listed (across all platforms)

+£0.50 bonus per item that sells within 30 days

Bonus for luxury items (RRP over £300)

???? What I’m Looking For
Fast, consistent worker with good attention to detail

Familiar with Google Drive, spreadsheets, basic web tools

Able to follow formatting instructions and templates

Some understanding of fashion brands and sizing is a bonus

Must respect accurate item descriptions and visual realism (no fake edits)

Long-term interest preferred – ideally someone who wants to grow with the brand
