Automation Expert

We’re looking for a sharp and resourceful Automation Expert who thrives on solving business problems using code. You’ll work on automating workflows across e-commerce, operations, accounting, and logistics — eliminating manual work and building tools that save our team hours every day.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation scripts for repetitive business tasks

Create and maintain tools to process product, sales, and inventory data

Work with APIs (Amazon SP-API, Shopify API, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.)

Build integrations across platforms and generate scheduled reports

Troubleshoot and improve existing automation tools

Implement and maintain logic-based alerts, triggers, or data checks

Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code

Collaborate with operations and management teams to identify automation needs

Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages

Hands-on experience working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON

Familiarity with Google Apps Script, Shopify API, or Amazon SP-API is a big plus

Strong experience automating workflows using tools like Google Sheets, Zapier, or custom scripts

Ability to independently identify bottlenecks and propose automation solutions

Organized, reliable, and highly detail-oriented

Excellent English communication and documentation skills

Stable internet connection and a quiet work setup
