Amazon Business Virtual Assistant – Client Consultations, Sales, & Membership Support (EST Hours)

I’m seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Virtual Assistant with experience in the Amazon arbitrage business model to help manage client consultations, close sales when necessary, and support my membership community. This role requires a confident communicator who can walk potential clients through our Amazon training and automation services, and provide excellent support between 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday through Friday).

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage booking and consultation flow using my calendar system
• Speak directly with leads and potential clients to explain the services I offer, including:
• Amazon Training Program
• Amazon Automation Packages
• If I am unavailable for a consultation, you will be expected to:
• Confidently walk the client through the service options
• Answer questions and educate them based on your Amazon experience
• Close the sale and ensure proper onboarding steps are followed
• Check in daily with members of my paid membership group
• Engage in Q&A sessions if knowledgeable
• Respond to comments or questions in a timely and helpful manner
• Maintain CRM notes, tag leads, and follow up with prospects
• Report insights and feedback from leads to help improve service offerings

Requirements:
• Proven experience in Amazon arbitrage (retail/online arbitrage knowledge is essential)
• Strong understanding of how the Amazon platform works (FBA, FBM, ungating, sourcing, etc.)
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience with tools such as Zoom, Google Calendar, Slack, or similar
• Comfortable explaining offers clearly and closing sales when needed
• Highly professional, confident, and reliable
• Able to work Monday–Friday from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM EST

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM
• Sales or consultation experience
• Previous experience moderating or managing a membership group or online community

Hours & Compensation:
• Part-time: 25 hours/week
• Availability required: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM EST (Monday–Friday)
• Hourly rate: Based on experience — please include your rate in your application
