Location: Remote Full-Time

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Content Operator to join our team, specializing in business-to-business (B2B) content creation. This role will focus on producing high-quality, knowledge-driven articles and content that enhance our brand image and contribute to building trust with our B2B audience. The ideal candidate should have experience in the eCommerce industry, with a strong understanding of the business landscape and the ability to create content that resonates with a professional audience.

Responsibilities:

B2B Content Creation:

Write in-depth, knowledge-based blogs and articles that focus on industry insights, trends, and best practices relevant to eCommerce and B2B clients.

Produce high-quality content that enhances brand image, establishes authority, and builds relationships with potential business clients.

SEO and Content Strategy:

Optimize content to improve search rankings and visibility, with a focus on improving the website’s domain authority (DA) and Google search rankings using AI-driven SEO strategies.

Research and implement relevant keywords that drive qualified business traffic to the website.

Social Media and Thought Leadership:

Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other business-focused social media channels.

Create and share thought leadership content that positions the company as a trusted authority in the eCommerce and B2B space.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content aligns with company goals and supports business development initiatives.

Assist in creating other company materials such as white papers, case studies, and product documentation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in writing business-oriented, knowledge-based content, with a focus on B2B clients.

Strong background in eCommerce or digital marketing, preferably with experience in the B2B space.

Expertise in SEO and content optimization strategies to improve organic search visibility.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, professional content.

Experience managing LinkedIn, X, YouTube, or similar business-focused social media platforms.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects.
