Virtual Assistant for Skool Community Setup & Content Posting (Part-Time, $100/Month)

Our company is seeking a highly reliable and budget-conscious Virtual Assistant (Independent Contractor) to assist with our new Skool community platform. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent, part-time work with a clear scope.

**Project Overview:**
Initially, the role will focus on setting up the fundamental structure of our Skool group. Following this initial setup, the role will transition to ongoing, limited support for posting pre-recorded content.

**Budget:** $100 USD per month (flat fee). This budget is set to cover approximately 8-12 hours of focused work per month, depending on your individual efficiency and hourly rate. Please ensure your application acknowledges this budget.

**Key Responsibilities & Tasks:**

**Initial Skool Setup (approx. 1st month - limited scope for budget):**
* Create the basic Skool group structure (group name, description, category setup).
* Upload our logo and initial branding elements.
* Upload a very limited number of pre-recorded videos/lessons to specified modules (e.g., 5-7 videos, assuming they are short and pre-edited).
* Basic formatting of provided text descriptions for lessons.

**Ongoing Monthly Tasks (after initial setup, limited hours):**
* Upload and schedule up to 2-4 pre-recorded videos/lessons per month within Skool.
* Add basic text descriptions provided by us.
* Ensure content is scheduled for specific release dates/times.

**Required Skills & Experience:**
* Proficiency with online community platforms (direct Skool experience is a strong plus, but experience with similar platforms like Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, or Discord community management is highly valuable).
* Experience with uploading and organizing video/text content online.
* Excellent written English communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
* Reliable internet connection and own computer.
* Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
* *Experience with securely handling login credentials (e.g., via password managers) is a plus.*
