Zapier Automation Specialist

We’re seeking top automation developers to join our team through a skills-based hiring challenge. This is a proving ground for high-performance talent looking for ongoing paid work with a tech company building infrastructure at scale.

About the Challenge
You’ll complete a timed automation task in a sandboxed Zapier and Notion environment (no real client data). You’ll be tested on your ability to:
• Build Zapier workflows using Notion, Code by Zapier (Python/JS), and advanced filters
• Follow detailed instructions to build a scenario
• Solve problems quickly and clearly under pressure

We’ll evaluate speed, quality, communication, and creative solutions

What We’re Looking For
• Zapier logic and tool fluency
• Use of filters, paths, and code modules
• Fast, clean execution with limited oversight
• Clear status updates during the build

Test Environment
• Fully sandboxed: no real data
• All instructions and assets provided
• Challenge is fully self-contained
• No outside communication or IP shared
