Part-Time Real Estate Due Diligence VA

About Us:
CB Land Developments is a U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on buying off-market residential land. We generate leads through inbound inquiries and outbound research, and we’re expanding our team to support lead evaluation and pricing.

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented VA to assist with:
1.) Sourcing land leads from online tools and county websites
2.) Performing due diligence on both incoming and sourced leads
3.) Comping lots to help determine accurate offer prices

You’ll be responsible for researching property details, comparing similar land sales, and organizing data in our CRM and Google Sheets. This information supports our acquisitions process and is used for mailing and skip tracing.

This is a part-time position. You will be working in U.S. Eastern Time (EST).

Key Responsibilities:
-Source new land leads using tools like Zillow, LandGlide, DataTree, and county GIS sites
-Conduct due diligence: zoning, access, utilities, flood zones, ownership, tax info, etc.
-Pull comps on similar land parcels to help calculate accurate offer prices
-Input and manage property data in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and Google Sheets
-Flag properties with incomplete data or major concerns
-Prepare lists for mailing or skip tracing

Qualifications:
-Real estate experience required (land or property research preferred)
-Strong communication skills and written English
-Detail-oriented and highly organized
-Research experience with U.S. county websites, parcel maps, and land data

Proficient with tools such as:
-Zillow
-LandGlide
-DataTree
-Google Sheets
-GoHighLevel (CRM)
-How to operate county websites
-Ability to identify comps and understand land valuation
-Fast and reliable internet connection
