Job Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to build a targeted database of active real estate agents in Austin, Texas. You'll research and collect contact information for agents who regularly handle property sales and would benefit from professional make-ready services.


Key Responsibilities:
- Search real estate websites (Zillow, Realtor.com, HAR.com) for active agents
- Collect agent names, email addresses, phone numbers, and brokerage information
- Input data into our custom online form system
- Verify agents have 3+ current listings in Austin area
- Maintain accuracy and data quality standards
- Complete 40 agent records daily
