Desktop Support Engineer- Alabang

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer in Alabang.

Job Qualification:
Knowledgeable in computer hardware and software troubleshooting
Knowledgeable in printer troubleshooting
Knowledgeable in level 1 network support
Has a average in communication skill
Has a experience in Remote Desktop Support (RDP)
Has a customer oriented personality
Strong analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritizing multiple objectives and initiate

Job Description:

Assist all requests in terms of desktop and network issues
Must be able to attend all assigned tickets
Ensuring all task must be updated after resolving
Must be able to attend and troubleshoot Hardware and Software tickets assigned
Must be able to escalate tickets with dependencies to respective Client Administrators (ex: resetting of end users password, configuration needed in Networks connections
Must be able to update of tickets in detailed. (step by steps procedure) / Update every ticket assigned in real time.
