JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing marketing company looking for a Client Support Specialist to support our Client Department. The best candidate for this position will provide stellar administrative and customer support to our clients, maintain and update internal databases and files, and be available for miscellaneous projects.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary for this position. We're looking for a professional worker who is driven by success and who knows how to support a rapidly growing company. This job will require customer support via email and over the phone so advanced English writing and speaking skills are essential for this job.

This job is a virtual position so reliable internet is required.

Job Requirements:
2 years of experience working in a professional environment providing administrative support
2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel)
C2-level written English, professional email etiquette

PC or Laptop with processor at least Core i5 or Ryzen 5
16 GB of RAM
Noise cancellation headset
Wired/Fiber internet connection at least 50Mbps
Quite and dedicated workstation
Backup internet in case of outages

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST (graveyard PHT)

Compensation & Benefits:
$7/hr full time
9 Paid holidays based on U.S. holidays
