JOB OVERVIEW

• This position requires a 1-hour practical assessment.
• You will be required to complete the test to demonstrate your skills on Wednesday, July 30, 2025
• Candidates who successfully pass the assessment will be shortlisted for the next steps in the hiring process.
• This job needs your availability between 8 AM to 5 PM Netherlands time

This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) to start, with the potential to grow to 40 hours/week if performance is strong. You’ll be supporting our operations team with accurate data entry, basic financial administration, and general back-office tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accurate data entry in spreadsheets and/or systems
• Matching invoices with bank transactions
• Organizing and updating internal documentation
• Supporting administrative processes across departments
• Following clear instructions and workflows
• Bonus tasks (if skilled): minor edits in Photoshop or InDesign (e.g., updating a graphic or adjusting layout files)

REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with data entry or admin support
• Familiarity with financial documents (e.g. invoices, payment matching) is a plus
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
• Willingness to use Hubstaff for time tracking
• Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
• Bonus/pre: basic knowledge of Photoshop and/or InDesign

WORKING HOURS & PAYMENT
• Start with 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling possible)
• Expandable to 40 hours/week if things go well
• Rate: $3 USD/hour
• Long-term opportunity for the right candidate

START DATE
We aim to start within the next few weeks. The onboarding will include clear instructions and a trial period to ensure a good fit.
