Are you a funnel builder and automation expert who thrives on results, not fluff?

We’re looking for a high-level operator to join our fast-growing, fully remote team and take charge of designing, building, and optimizing marketing funnels and backend automations that fuel real growth. If you know how to turn traffic into conversions and manual processes into clean, scalable systems — we want to talk.

What You’ll Own:
- Design and build high-converting sales funnels (landing pages, lead magnets, upsells, nurture sequences)
- Build advanced automations using tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, etc.
- Streamline workflows between marketing, sales, and operations
- Analyze funnel performance, optimize based on data, and constantly refine
- Collaborate directly with leadership to align systems with business goals

You’re a Fit If You:
- Have proven experience building and optimizing marketing funnels (landing pages to backend automations)
- Are fluent with funnel-building platforms (ClickFunnels, GHL, WordPress, etc.)
- Can build multi-step workflows in Make, Zapier, or similar tools with logic-based triggers
- Understand lead scoring, CRM segmentation, and nurture email logic
- Are strategic, analytical, and don’t need micromanagement to perform
- Take pride in creating clean, efficient, and bulletproof systems
