JOB OVERVIEW

Sanctuary is a growing digital marketing agency looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Reporting & HubSpot Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in the Philippines, focused on helping our agency and clients manage analytics, reporting, and CRM systems with precision and consistency.

Must be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and collect monthly marketing performance reports for review by our strategy team and clients—approximately 70 to 80 reports per month, each taking about 30 minutes. This is a core part of the role and provides important context for the workload
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards across HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing platforms
• Manage and maintain UTM tracking across marketing campaigns
• Configure and maintain tracking through Google Tag Manager
• Configure and manage HubSpot CRM for clients—pipelines, workflows, custom properties, and reporting
• Support WordPress-related tracking and reporting tasks tied to lead generation and conversion paths
• Ensure data accuracy across platforms and reporting tools
• Collaborate with internal teams daily via Slack and participate in regular team check-ins

What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in English and able to work from roughly 9 AM to 5 PM EST
• A full-time tea ---------- mber—this is your primary job (not a contract role or side gig)
• HubSpot certification is required
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
• Familiarity with digital ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Experience with WordPress and its relationship to marketing tracking tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, consistent work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing recurring reporting cycles and keeping dashboards up to date
• Reliable and self-motivated—able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple clients and priorities
• A team player mindset—someone who wants to grow with our agency and be part of our team long-term
