JOB OVERVIEW

Mission:
To transform IFCA’s marketing systems into a seamless, automated machine. You will audit, streamline, and connect the moving parts of our tech stack so we never miss a lead, delay a launch, or drop a marketing opportunity again.

You’ll own the backend marketing tech. From CRM to automation to attribution — your job is to ensure every marketing touchpoint is set up, firing, and optimized.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Tech Ownership
-Audit and map all existing tools: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zapier, HYROS, Google Sheets, and others.
-Build and maintain automation workflows (email, SMS, lead nurture).
-Execute integrations using Zapier to eliminate manual tasks.
-Maintain and QA all automations — ensure they run on time, every time.
-Translate ideas from marketing and content teams into tech-enabled campaigns.


Tracking, Attribution & Insights
-Implement accurate lead attribution and conversion tracking using HYROS and other tools.
-Support segmentation, tagging, and CRM hygiene to improve funnel visibility.
-Build dashboards or visual workflows for campaign health, performance, and flow.


Project Execution & Management
-Work autonomously within Asana to manage your own tasks and timelines.
-Communicate updates clearly to tea ---------- mbers, bridging between marketing, content, and operations.
-Contribute ideas to increase campaign performance through better tech setup, segmentation, or automation.


Ideal Candidate:
-A systems-minded executor — loves creating clean, efficient workflows.
-Comfortable working in the trenches of Zapier, GoHighLevel, and CRM platforms.
-Can troubleshoot breakdowns, fix automations, and streamline processes without needing their hand held.
-Self-managing and proactive — owns their deliverables inside Asana.
-Understands the "why" behind campaigns, not just the "how."


Must-Have Skills:
-Fluency in Zapier, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Google Sheets, and email/SMS automation tools.
-Able to set up and test automations with QA rigor.
-Understands the basics of HYROS tracking and CRM segmentation.
-Familiar with project management tools like Asana.
-Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Compensation:
$12-15/hr depending on experience
