We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Amazon Inventory Manager to take full ownership of inventory operations across our portfolio of 4 eCommerce brands (approximately 750 SKUs). This is a part-time, remote role (15–20 hours/week) with flexible hours — ideal for someone who thrives in high-SKU, fast-moving environments and knows how to balance staying in stock without overstocking.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
-Full ownership of inventory planning and forecasting using SoStocked
-Monitoring low-stock alerts and reorder triggers
-Placing purchase orders with Chinese suppliers
-Coordinating shipments with freight forwarders (China ? U.S. and Canada)
-Booking inbound FBA shipments in Amazon Seller Central
-Managing inventory across Amazon (95%), with light work on Walmart and Shopify
-Monitoring stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and inventory health
-Proactively identifying SKUs at risk for long-term storage fees (LTSF) and recommending liquidation
-Attending one weekly Zoom call per brand (4 total meetings per week)
-Collaborating with the team in Slack and ClickUp
-Maintaining Google Sheets and providing a weekly inventory summary to the business owner

-100% flexible working hours except for 4 hours/week of availability during 9 AM – 4 PM CST for scheduled Zoo
? Required Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in eCommerce inventory management
-Direct Amazon FBA experience is required
-Proficiency in SoStocked
-Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
-Proven track record managing 500+ SKUs
-Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
-Strong understanding of inventory cash flow dynamics (stockouts vs. overstock)

-$8–12/hour USD, depending on experience
