Content VA (Canva + CapCut)

Miseczki is a small, fast-growing U.S.-based boutique that sells high-quality, hard-to-find bras for full busts. We’re looking for a Part-Time Content Virtual Assistant to help us scale our content creation across Meta ads, social, email, and blog. You’ll work closely with our founder to turn ideas into effective visual content.

Responsibilities:
Design static graphics using Canva (ads, email banners, social posts)
Edit videos in CapCut (Reels, TikToks, Meta ads, YT)
Repurpose content across formats and platforms
Manage visual assets, organizing and labeling final files clearly in shared folders
Offer creative input to improve visuals and performance

You Should Have:
Experience using Canva to design professional and visually engaging content
Proficiency in CapCut (or similar) for short-form video editing
Understanding of what performs well on Meta/IG/TikTok
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
A portfolio that includes both video and static design examples for e-commerce
Knowledge of performance creatives and A/B testing in Meta

Bonus Points For:
Experience working with lingerie, bras, or women’s underwear brands
Understanding of full-busted women as a target audience

Hours: 15-20 per week to start
Rate: $5–$7.00 USD/hour (based on experience and portfolio)
