Youtube video editor for how-to videos

I am looking for a video creator who meets the following criteria:

What you have to do:
- Voice over/Screen recording + Tn

Example Channels: Howfinity, GuideRealm

Access to an iPhone or iOS emulator would be practical, but it is not a requirement.

I’d love to hear if you have done similar work before, and I would appreciate it if you could share some samples of your work (Gdrive preferred).
