What You’ll Own
We’re looking for a battle-tested professional who can transform chaotic photo libraries into clear, searchable visual systems for a high-performing painting company. This isn’t an entry-level gig. You’ll take charge, organize fast, and build a visual library that powers marketing, training, and operations—without waiting for directions.
You’ll help a trades-based business grow smarter, not harder—cutting chaos, increasing clarity, and delivering measurable outcomes. This role is structured around our Role Clarity Framework to eliminate guesswork and ensure you're set up for impact.

A. Primary Functions
Tag and organize 250+ visual assets daily across CompanyCam, Google Drive, and Google Photos using predefined taxonomies.
Maintain consistent file naming, project metadata, and folder structure to enable fast, reliable content retrieval.
Perform light image editing, template design, and branded content support in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Prepare and submit weekly reports on asset volume, error rate, and backlog progress.

B. Systems Ownership
CompanyCam – Full ownership of tagging, project updates, and content categorization.
Google Drive / Google Photos – Visual content storage, folder structure, and maintenance.
Canva – Graphic templates and basic marketing collateral.

C. Measurable Deliverables
Tagging throughput: ~250 assets/day post-onboarding
Tagging accuracy: >98%, validated through QA spot-checks
Weekly dashboard submitted by Friday EOD
Creative assets delivered on time and within brand guidelines

D. Support Task Delegation
Ad hoc design requests are prioritized with marketing lead support.
Technical automation (e.g., batch renaming) supported by internal ops or scripts when needed.
Inbox and comms routed via Slack; async updates preferred.

G.R.I.T. Values
Grit – Push through ambiguity. Find and fix issues. No whining.
Reliability – Show up. On time. Every time.
Initiative – Don’t wait to be told. Spot the gap and fix it.
Trust – Own the outcome. Fix mistakes fast.

Required Experience
1–2 years in marketing, ops, or visual organization roles (VA, design support, estimator assistant, etc.)
Expert in naming conventions, tagging systems, and image hygiene
Familiarity with construction or field-based photo content (interior/exterior, tools, surfaces, etc.)
Strong in Google Workspace, CompanyCam (or equivalent), Canva, and Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom
Excellent written/verbal English and task independence

Bonus Skills
Adobe Illustrator or InDesign
Spreadsheet fluency for reporting
Basic automation/scripting for content workflows
Spanish (not required)

What You’ll Get
Full-time remote-first structure with reliable monthly pay
Creative career development into advanced design or marketing roles
Access to a sister agency supporting other trades brands
Alignment with a forward-thinking, eco-conscious company
Note: Benefits (e.g., PTO, insurance) not included at this time

You’ll thrive here if: You’re obsessed with order and visual consistency, can spot subtle errors others miss, and want to grow into a creative role while delivering immediate impact from Day 1.
