E-Commerce Marketing Assistant (Fashion Brand)

Uneak Boutique is a U.S.-based women’s fashion brand with over 21 years of history, and we’re hiring a creative and dependable Virtual Assistant to help manage our Shopify store, digital marketing, and content creation. This is a 30-day trial position with potential to become long-term.

We’re looking for someone who understands fashion, visual branding, paid ads, and AI content creation. You’ll work side-by-side (virtually) with the owner to help revive the brand’s digital presence and bring new energy to our boutique’s online platform. Your Main Responsibilities:
• Run and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns (product boosts, retargeting, etc.)
• Upload and organize products on Shopify (titles, descriptions, SEO tags, inventory)
• Write SEO-friendly product descriptions and catchy headlines
• Create content using AI tools or Canva (product mockups, social media posts, Reels templates)
• Assist with building a consistent brand look across social platforms
• Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements
• Stay current on fashion trends, content styles, and engagement tactics


You MUST Have:
• Experience using Meta Business Suite for FB/IG ads
• Working knowledge of Shopify and how to optimize product listings
• Skills in AI content creation (Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E, or similar tools) and Canva
• Strong English writing skills for captions, descriptions, and product copy
• A good eye for fashion, color matching, and creating high-quality visuals
• Reliable communication and responsiveness during EST business hours


Nice to Have:
• Prior work with fashion, boutiques, or beauty brands
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo
• Basic video editing or content repurposing skills
