Intake Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Remote Intake Paralegal for (evening & Night shifts) who is experienced in US based personal injury law to join our growing team. We will train on additional areas of law. Hours: 7pm-12Am (EST Time) + possible weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients by phone, email, or web inquiries
- Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather relevant facts, documents, and case details
- Assess case viability based on provided information and firm criteria
- Accurately enter and maintain intake data in the case management system
- Coordinate follow-up communications and schedule attorney consultations
- Maintain timely communication with potential clients throughout the intake process
