Proven, demonstrable experience managing profitable Meta Ads campaigns for dropshipping or eCommerce brands

Full understanding of the entire process: from finding winning products, validating them, launching, testing creatives, and scaling campaigns profitably

Strong data analysis and performance optimization skills

Knowledge of UK/Irish consumer behavior and trends (fashion industry experience is a plus)

Independent, proactive, and results-driven
