Content for social media and ads creation

I am needing someone quick and efficient in creating many social media videos/reels that can be used for instagram, tik tok, pinterest ads as well. Preferably someone with background in fashion brands. Can work fast and efficient and can create ideas independently as I am busy running other areas of my business.
