JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Email Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines who can own and optimize our entire email marketing strategy — from cold prospecting to warm nurturing. You’ll work directly with our leadership and sales teams to create campaigns that generate high open rates, strong conversions, and help us scale lead acquisition and client retention.

This is a long-term role for someone who knows how to blend strategy, copywriting, automation, and analytics into revenue-producing systems.

Responsibilities:
Cold Email Campaigns:

Write high-converting, personalized cold email sequences using proven frameworks

Set up automation flows in tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Mailshake, or Lemlist

Test subject lines, CTAs, angles, and follow-ups to maximize replies

Maintain sender reputation, IP health, and inbox placement

Warm Email Campaigns:

Design and deploy nurture sequences for leads, trials, and customers

Create behavior-based drip automations and segment lists for personalized messaging

A/B test headlines, formats, send times, and content styles

Build newsletters or broadcasts that drive clicks, bookings, and upsells


Email
List Management:

Ensure list hygiene, bounce management, and lead enrichment

Segment audiences by intent, stage, activity, and persona

Analytics & Optimization:

Track open, reply, click-through, and conversion rates

Adjust campaigns based on performance data and insights

Generate weekly performance reports with key KPIs and growth opportunities

Requirements:
3+ years hands-on experience with both cold and warm email marketing

Proven track record of campaigns that generate real appointments, leads, or sales

Expertise in cold outreach tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Woodpecker, or Mailshake

Experience with warm email platforms like ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or ConvertKit

Fluent in email deliverability, domain reputation, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC setups

Strong copywriting skills — clear, persuasive, human

Knowledge of sales psychology and persuasion frameworks (e.g. PAS, AIDA, NEPQ)

Familiar with GHL (GoHighLevel) workflows, tags, triggers, and email builder is a huge plus

High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to work independently

Excellent English communication (written & verbal)

Bonus (Not Required but a Plus):
Experience working with US-based clients or SaaS/startups

Familiarity with lead scraping and validation tools (Apollo, Clay, Wiza, etc.)

Basic HTML/CSS or email template editing skills

Understanding of multi-channel outreach (email + SMS + social)
