TikTok Shop Video Editor

I'm looking for a video editor/creator who knows how to make videos that sell products on tiktok shop.

Our products are books, primarily puzzle books. You can see our best seller here: ----------

I'm happy to pay a flat rate per video & incentives based on video performance. That way when you make a viral video, you get bonuses, and we both win.

The videos would largely be YOUR job, meaning, you'd have to create the ideas, find the footage online (clipping is fine as long as it's fair use) and script the videos. So the ability to create viral videos without my involvement is really the key here!
