Job Estimator For Landscaping Company

I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to perform job estimation, administrative work and customer-related tasks. This is a long-term, part-time opportunity, perfect for someone who is available during U.S. business hours and values consistency, growth, and flexibility. I am an executive at the company - but you will be working for, & paid by me directly

Work Hours
2–3 hours/day

Monday to Friday

Required Availability:
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST/EDT
(Equivalent to 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM / 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM PHT in the Philippines, depending on daylight savings)

Compensation
Starting Rate: $3.50/hour

Rate Increases:

$4.00/hour after 90 days

$4.50/hour after 1 year

$5.00/hour after 2 years

Payments: Sent monthly at the start of the next month via Wise
Optional early payout available

Bonuses & Perks
Mid-Year Bonus: $100

Christmas Bonus: $100 (paid by Dec 24)

Note: No 13th-month bonus

Time Off: Unpaid time-off may be requested as needed
