We are an SEO service provider that helps agencies and affiliate marketers to achieve more traffic and rankings in their businesses.

Not only do we provide SEO services, but we also publish weekly blogs, filled with valuable content on what works in Google.

Our team consists of ambitious, hard-working and enthusiastic people that want to deliver the best quality SEO work possible to our customers.

We like to keep in touch and keep communicating with each other on a daily basis, to maintain a synergy between our team members.

Basic Requirements to work with our team:
- Needs to speak and write English perfectly without any grammar mistakes
- Needs to be alert, transparent and always easy to reach by Phone, Email or Skype
- Needs to report what he/she has done every day on the Trello board

- Needs to work organized and easy to work with by listening to instructions, but also providing feedback to the manager so the workflow can be improved.

- Needs to be willing to think on their own and be creative in their work, instead of relying on everything the manager says.
- Needs to be willing to learn new systems and is able to adapt to changes and updates
- Wants to work on a long-term basis
- Won't leave or become unreachable without notice

Daily Tasks - Virtual Assistant

1. The VA will keep an eye on the email inbox and look for new orders to process, customer service questions to answer or forward to Patrick if it's an urgent matter.

2. The VA will process every order and submit it to the management tool called Trello.

3. The VA will update the domain marketplace by using wpDatadables and Excel.

5 The VA needs to keep communicating with the manager, content writers, and website builders to keep them up to date on orders estimated turn around time and avoid any surprises.

6. Become a customer support operator (that can sell) on Tidiochat and respond to chats from website visitors that have a question.


Only looking for people that want to work LONG-TERM with us and not for a quick pay-day.

Hours Per Month: 60 to 120+
