Project Manager

I want to be able to put somebody in charge of a whole operation. Bid and get jobs for staff to complete. You will in charge of bringing me people you feel should be hired and added to the team. You will be in charge of completing tasks that I need to have done. We will be creating many jobs once created. Will be more discuss in Skype interview.
