???? Social Media Account Manager (M/W/D) – Instagram Only

Looking for a flexible remote job to earn some extra income?
We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to help us manage Instagram accounts – mainly by posting Reels and interacting with the audience.
All tasks and content (captions, videos, instructions) will be provided by our team.

Your Tasks:
• Post Instagram Reels according to our daily plan
• Add captions and relevant details correctly
• Like, comment, and engage as instructed

What We Expect:
• A private smartphone (iPhone or Android)
• Basic knowledge of Instagram (no need to be an expert)
• 2–6 hours per day to start – can grow to 3–8 hours based on reliability and performance
• Ideally, access to mobile data (unlimited preferred)

Compensation:
• Starting at $1.50/hour
• We are implementing a bonus system (via CRONs) – meaning good performance will be rewarded consistently
• Pay raises possible based on quality, consistency, and initiative
