• Manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts with consistency, strategy, and style.
• Develop and execute a content calendar featuring engaging posts, reels, stories, and highlights that showcase our brand, destinations, and one-of-a-kind trips.
• Create and test ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook with clear KPIs (leads, bookings, follows).
• Collaborate with the founder to reflect the voice and visual aesthetic of the brand across all digital touchpoints.
• Track engagement and performance to continually improve reach and conversion.
• Identify new opportunities to spread the word — including influencer partnerships, referral strategies, email growth tactics, and PR features.

• A creative, self-driven marketer with 2+ years experience in social media and/or travel branding.
• Fluent in Instagram, Facebook, Canva, and basic ad campaign platforms.
