Appointment setter/Cold Calling/ Lead Generator

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to help grow our business through outbound cold calling, appointment setting, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will contact warm and cold leads, qualify prospects, schedule appointments, and follow up with potential clients.

You will be working closely with our sales team, using provided scripts, tools (such as a CRM or dialer), and lists. Experience in the insurance, or financial services industries is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to cold/warm leads

Set appointments with qualified prospects

Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments

Generate new leads through prospecting and social media

Follow scripts, but adapt naturally to conversation
