We’re looking for a driven and resourceful **Lead Generation Specialist** to help expand our reach into new service areas and storm-affected neighborhoods.


**Key Responsibilities**

* **Outbound Calling & Outreach**

* Call homeowners in **storm-damaged areas** (hail, wind, monsoon events) using provided storm data and target lists
* Identify and contact potential leads in **expansion areas** such as Flagstaff, Cottonwood, Phoenix suburbs, and others
* Educate homeowners about our roofing inspection services and schedule appointments for our estimators
* Track conversations and follow up with interested homeowners

* **Territory Development**

* Research and identify high-opportunity neighborhoods based on weather patterns, home age, and development trends
* Maintain a strong working knowledge of our current and future service zones

* **Lead Reporting**

* Log all outreach activity and performance in shared tools or CRM
* Provide weekly reports on contacts made, appointments set, and conversion progress


**What We’re Looking For**

* Strong communication and phone skills (confident, friendly, and professional tone)
* Experience in **door-to-door sales**, **telemarketing**, or **home services** is a plus
* Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently
* Comfortable talking with homeowners and handling common objections
* Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, Google Maps, or CRM tools is helpful
