JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a skilled and reliable Credit Repair Virtual Assistant to help manage backend operations for our U.S.-based clients. This ain’t a training role — if you’re not confident writing letters, handling disputes, and updating late pays across all 3 bureaus, this ain’t for you.

We’re looking for someone who already knows the credit repair game, especially when it comes to handling inquiries, late payments, collections, and charge-offs — and can do it with speed and precision.

Your Main Responsibilities:
-Audit credit reports for negative/inaccurate info + outdated personal data
-Prepare dispute letters (Rounds 1–12) using DisputeFox
-Update client records in Go High Level and our CRM tracker
-Remove inquiries, collections, and late pays (especially on TransUnion and Experian)
-Respond strategically to “verified” results round by round
-Maintain organized files and meet dispute flow deadlines
(Occasionally) Enter new clients into DisputeFox and follow up on intake forms
(Occasionally) Archive inactive clients who miss payments

You must know how to:
Remove hard inquiries via mail, phone, or online
Update open and closed accounts with late pays
Draft dispute letters based on consumer law and factual disputes. Using AI based chats and templates is not enough
Work independently, follow instructions, and handle confidential data
Navigate DisputeFox and Go High Level
Understand FCRA, FDCPA, and relevant credit laws (609, 611, 1681e(b), etc.)

Bonus if you:
-Know how to prep clients for funding, credit cards, or homeownership
-Are familiar with credit-building tools and strategies

We’ll handle:
-Onboarding
-Client-facing calls, texts, emails, and customer support
-You focus on the backend work and getting results.

To Apply:
Send:
-A sample dispute letter you’ve written
-A few results youve achieved
-A short video introducing yourself and your credit repair experience mentioning:

What credit repair software have you used?
How many clients have you personally handled?
What’s your go-to Round 1 strategy?
How do you handle a “verified” result in Round 2?
What’s your internet speed? (Speedtest.net link)
How many client files can you realistically manage at once?
What support would help you thrive in this role?

We’re looking for someone consistent, detail-obsessed, and ready to help people reclaim their financial power. If you’ve been in the game and you’re ready to plug into a team that respects your time and talent — apply now.

Let’s get to work.

Do not call us or DM us on social media. Salary is completely negotiable.
