Virtual Assistant NEEDED for Marketing & Content Management (Experienced!)

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is SMART, FAST, and works hard.
We are seeking someone who is HARD WORKING, HONEST, and DEDICATED to join our TEAM as soon as possible!

This role focuses on marketing distribution and content management, which means you should have experience with:

Loading and publishing website blogs

Scheduling and posting on social media

Building and sending email newsletters

Intermediate to expert-level graphic design for social media content

Basic video editing skills (a plus for Podcasts, YouTube, and social media content)

Software we currently use:

Canva (graphics)

Kajabi (website; understanding of course creation and membership setup is a BIG plus)

MailChimp (email campaigns)

---------- (project management)

ChatGPT (custom bots for client content)

Spout Social (social media scheduling & publishing)

Experience with some or all of these platforms is a BIG PLUS!

You must be technologically SAVVY. We work hard and move fast, and there are strict deadlines for everything. This is a great job with a reasonable workload of 5–10 hours per week, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%!

I am based on the West Coast of the United States (Pacific Time Zone), so being able to overlap with my working hours for communication is a plus.
