VA/Social Media Manager

I am looking for someone to fill the role of Virtual Assistant and upon successful partnership, transition into a role of Social Media Manager as well.

1. I need someone who is able to be online every business day during PST.
2. I need someone who is an incredible self-starter - the type of person who thinks to do something before being asked.
3. I need someone who is not distracted during the day. This is not a job for someone who's moonlighting a business while working a 9-5 or watching kids while multi-tasking on the laptop. There is NOTHING wrong with that, but it is not going to work for this particular position.
4. I need someone who has IMPECCABLE attention to detail, is a great communicator, and is diplomatic and fair.
5. I need someone who is comfortable and enjoys lots of different types of activities.
6. I need someone who can juggle lots of logistics and is not flustered by a fast-paced environment.
7. I need someone who does not need to be monitored.
8. I need someone who is comfortable in a supportive and background role.
9. I need someone who is comfortable doing admin, event planning, inbox management, social media, content management, writing, newsletter design, research, and organization.
10. I need someone who is willing to work for 90 days to test and see if we're a good fit before settling at a permanent rate.
11. I need someone who is okay with handling some of my personal affairs from time to time when things get nuts in my job.
12. I need someone who is capable of high energy activities, remains positive, doesn't need excessive approval and reassurance, and has thick skin.
13. I need someone who can be a gatekeeper for me and help filter out the never ending requests.
14. I need someone who's response time on email is 3 hours or less during business hours.
